You’ll never walk alone is probably one of the most loved song from football’s world. It is the official anthem of FC Liverpool and in “collaboration” with Liverpool’s fans offers a great atmosphere, as you can see in the second video from this page.

The song is interpreted by entire stadium each time when Liverpool play home on Anfield Road and of course when play away but it doesn’t have same impact.

The video is from Champions league quarterfinal 5th April 2005 when Liverpool played with Juventus.

“You’ll Never Walk Alone” is a show tune from the 1945 Rodgers and Hammerstein musical, Carousel. The song become anthem of FC Liverpool 15-20 years later. But FC Liverpool isn’t single team which use this anthem. Celtic F.C. (Scotland), Feyenoord and FC Twente (both from Holland), Club Brugge (Belgium) and F.C. Tokyo from Japan adopted this song too as their anthem.

A memorable scene was in 2003 when Liverpool played at Celtic and entire stadium (fans from Celtic and Liverpool too) singed You’ll Never Walk Alone. See the video below:
