In Europe, UEFA has rigorous conditions for a stadium to be considered UEFA Elite Stadium. This title allow them to host UEFA Europa League or Champions League finals. Otherwise, they can’t even candidate for such a honorable match.

There are currently 29 Stadiums in Europe which are considered UEFA ELite Stadium and a few more are under construction right now (especially in Ukraine or Poland which will host games from Euro 2014).
